ご注文前に、商品情報およびご注文内容を十分にご確認ください。
商品不良・配送中の破損・誤発送を除き、返品・交換・返金はお受けしておりません。
限定商品、コラボ商品、予約商品、セール商品、およびパーソナライズ商品は、**返品・交換不可（Final Sale）**となります。
商品に不良や誤発送があった場合は、商品到着後 7日以内 に、ご注文番号と商品の写真を添えて hello@os78.ai までご連絡ください。
その他特別な事情がある場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。すべてのご依頼は個別に審査し、最終判断は OS78 が行います。
Return & Exchange Policy
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Unless an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped, OS78 does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Limited edition, collaboration, pre-order, sale, and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@os78.ai, including your order number and photos of the item.
If you have any special circumstances, please contact us before submitting a request. All cases will be reviewed individually, and OS78 reserves the right to make the final decision.
退換貨政策

除商品存在品質問題、運送損壞或出貨錯誤外，OS78 原則上不接受退貨、換貨或退款申請。
限量商品、聯名商品、預購商品、折扣商品及個人化訂製商品皆屬 Final Sale，售出後恕不接受退換。
如收到品質瑕疵或出貨錯誤的商品，請於簽收後 7 日內 將訂單編號及商品照片寄送至 hello@os78.ai，我們將盡快協助您處理。
如有特殊情況，請於提出申請前先與我們聯絡。我們將依個案審核，最終處理結果由 OS78 保留決定權。
